VIP & Rewards Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Hair Craft Limited VIP & Rewards programme (the "Programme"). By enrolling in the Programme, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

The Programme is open to customers who are aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom. Membership is personal and non-transferable. Hair Craft Limited reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership at its discretion.

3. Enrolment

To join the Programme, you must register with a valid email address and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Enrolment is free of charge.

3(a). Ending your Membership

You can end your membership at any time. Email info@haircraftstevenage.co.uk with your request. Unused points will not be paid out, regardless of whether you have sufficient points for a voucher. Unused vouchers will expire 90 days from the date your VIP account is closed. 

4. Earning Rewards Points

  • Points are earned on eligible purchases of products and services at Hair Craft Limited.

  • For every £1 spend, you will earn 1 point. 

  • Points are not earned on gift cards, gratuities, or any previously discounted services unless otherwise stated.

  • Points will be credited to your account following a completed transaction.

5. Redeeming Rewards Points

  • Points may be redeemed against eligible products and services as specified by Hair Craft Limited.

  • Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Points cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

  • A minimum points balance may be required before redemption is permitted.

  • For every 100 points, a £5 gift voucher will be issued. This can only be redeemed online and is not valid for in-salon treatments. 

6. VIP Tiers

When you collect 200 points, you will become a SILVER member. When you collect 300, you will be GOLD member, and will receive exclusive discounts every month. 

7. Expiry of Points

Points that remain unredeemed for 12 consecutive months of account inactivity will expire. 

8. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Hair Craft Limited is not liable for points lost due to unauthorised account access. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

9. Changes to the Programme

Hair Craft Limited reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Programme or these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable. Continued participation in the Programme following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Data Protection

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR. By joining the Programme, you consent to the use of your data for the purposes of administering your membership.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with the Programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
