NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS

We're excited to let you know that booking your next appointment is now easier than ever! You can quickly reserve an appointment online using our new booking system, or if you prefer, just give us a ring or pop in to book in person.

When you book-especially if you're going for a chemical treatment—we'll ask for your name, phone number, address, and email. We only need this info once, and it helps keep everything safe and above board for everyone as per our insurance requirements. Your personal details are kept completely confidential and are only seen by senior staff.

Owing to a recent increase in missed appointments, we now require a small deposit at the time of booking, which will be credited toward your final bill.

Alternatively, appointments may be secured by providing card details; cards are charged only if our Cancellation Policy is not followed. All payment and data handling processes are conducted in full compliance with PCI DSS regulatory standards.

We understand that unexpected situations, such as illness or emergencies, may arise. In these cases, appointments can be rescheduled without charge, subject to managerial approval. We encourage transparent communication to foster a positive and accommodating experience for all
